Service Organization Control (SOC) Reports
Plante Moran, the nation’s eleventh-largest public accounting firm, conducts our SOC2/SOC3 reporting. This process objectively examines, in detail, the security, processing integrity and confidentiality controls employed by Tab Service Company.
The most recent results indicate that our underlying controls are good and functioning correctly, with no exceptions. A clean opinion testifying to our adherence to the principles of security, processing integrity and confidentiality was issued.
Our SOC2 report is available to our current and prospective clients after signing a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Our SOC3 report summarizes the assurances on our controls but excludes the detailed description of tests and results that are found in the SOC2 report; the SOC3 report is available upon request.
Penetration Testing Helps Prevent Hacking
Tab Service Company contracts with HALOCK, a premier information security consultancy, to conduct rigorous penetration testing on a regular basis. The purposes are to: (1) find any vulnerabilities in our computer system that might permit access to hackers and other malicious actors; and (2) to determine the effectiveness of existing security controls.
After the pen testing team does its work, we receive a HALOCK Penetration Test Report that summarizes the findings, documents every vulnerability and recommends countermeasures to prevent attacks and ensure we meet our compliance requirements. Tab Service Company takes these findings very seriously, utilizing the recommendations as we continually update our security controls.
